MARGAO: South Goa MP Francisco Sardinha assuring full support to farmers has said that the farmer’s bill tabled at the centre is totally against the interest of farmers. Sardinha said that the Government at the Center is ruining the democracy of the country. “They say that this is in the interest of farmers. Everywhere the people are agitating and Ministers of States of India are resigning and they say that it is in the interest of farmers” pointed out Sardinha.
“The Center claims that there is no decision to stop the Mandis but why it is not included in the bill?. They only know to cheat” said Sardinha.

Sardinha assured Congress party is with the farmers in the fight against the bill that will give the control of agriculture to corporates.
