Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) while advising NCP MLA Churchill Alemao to stop using religious artifacts to fool people offered to show him places in Benaulim where there is no water supply and asked him to use his good offices with the government to ensure water supply to those areas.
Venzy advised Churchill to stop flashing religious pictures and scapular to fool people and pointed out that these are personal matter that should not be used in public.

Reacting to Churchill’s press conference on the water problems in Benaulim, Captain Venzy Viegas of AAP pointed out that the local panch of Odlem Bhat and Acsona was not present with Churchill at the press conference as people from these wards had gathered to protest against the irregular water supply. “Churchill had with him the newly-appointed Benaulim Deputy Sarpanch,” he said, while adding that there is no regular water supply at Chinchmorod, Ambeaxir, Copelwado, Tambdi mati and Komlla tollem. He offered to take Churchill to these areas to show him the actual condition.
“I do not mind if a miracle takes place and water is supplied to these places the day Churchill visits them. People should get water, which is a necessity of life,” he added.
