It’s time to implement a Casino Vehicles Parking Policy
Of all the changes in the city since the Ides of March, this one has been one of the most significant for residents. Even when we were counting our rations and starting to get hysterical about shut grocery stores, the sight of SO MUCH PARKING was a balm to the heart. In the days that followed, we continued to exclaim about the unoccupied parking spaces around our houses. The post office was not under siege from black and white vehicles with the casino logo swirling around it. There were no yellow number-plate cars under the rain trees. The mini-bus drivers in their white uniforms with gold piping had gone away, along with their constant hooting and banter.
